Program
The SECURE 2.0 Act is not a one-time event; it's a multi-year phased rollout of over 90 provisions that is fundamentally reshaping and evolving the retirement planning landscape. Our program, "SECURE 2.0: The Never-Ending Sequel," dives beyond the headlines to equip Qualified Retirement Plan professionals with the expert-level knowledge required to navigate the complex web of effective dates, mandatory changes, and optional enhancements stretching out to 2033 and beyond.
We will deconstruct the legislative elements and practical applications of the most impactful provisions, separating the "must-do" compliance requirements from the "must-explore" client opportunities, ensuring you are positioned as the definitive resource for plan sponsors and individual savers.
