Many view Washington as the center of dysfunction where nearly nothing gets done. However, once you scratch the surface you find that a lot is still getting done regardless whether Congress and the Obama administration can see eye-to-eye. This presentation will focus on what is likely to get done in 2014 and 2015 and how the fall 2014 Congressional elections may affect the retirement plan universe with the goal of providing takeaways about how to be ready for upcoming regulatory guidance and potential legislation.
