The COVID-19 outbreak has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, causing huge impact on people’s lives, families and communities. As a result, we are seeing both the likelihood and impact of cyber-attacks increasing. We are also beginning to see the nature of the threat changing, as attackers exploit uncertainty, unprecedented situations, and rapid IT and organizational change.

The Speaker:
Cesarius Yakub is a Senior Manager with PwC’s Cybersecurity, Privacy & Forensics Advisory practice, based out of Irvine, CA. He has been with the Firm for over 9 years. He focuses on helping clients in strategy through execution on various Cybersecurity domains while focusing on enterprise data protection and cybersecurity architecture.
Cesarius’ experience includes risk & maturity assessment, strategy definition, privacy, and implementation of various security technologies such as, Sensitive Data Protection (Tokenization and Encryption), Endpoint and Cloud Data Loss Prevention, and Endpoint Protection.
Cesarius holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Calpoly Pomona and M.S. in Information Technology from CalState Fullerton. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) by ISC2.
