The CARES Act: Where Are We Now & How Can We Best Approach The Challenges?
The Presentation:
This webinar will focus primarily on CARES Act practical issues, including the following:
- Where are we now in implementing the changes?
- What are the top operational challenges for ERs and Participants?
- How are participants reacting to the changes and opportunities they bring?
- What are employer attitudes about allowing participants early access to their account? How are they evaluating whether to permit changes and what are their concerns?
- What are participant attitudes about gaining early access to their account? What are their concerns?
- What new challenges will we be facing from both the employer and employee perspectives and how should we approach them?
The Speakers:
Nicholas J. White is a Director with Trucker Huss, APC, working out of both the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. He is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, past Chair of both the IRS and DOL Subcommittees of ASPPA’s Government Affairs Committee, past member of both the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the American Retirement Association, and a member of both NIPA and WP&BC. Nick is a frequent speaker and writer on a wide range of employee benefits topics.
Christine N. Katsel,Senior Vice President, Fidelity, Relationship Management Services Group has 20 years of experience in Outsourcing Services focused primarily on Retirement and Total Benefit Outsourcing. Christine’s existing responsibilities to include oversight of the Service Delivery Leaders forming the Relationship Management Services Group. Christine’s Benefit Administration experience includes Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Stock Plan Services, Health & Insurance, Core HR Payroll Processing and Talent Management. Christine received her Bachelor of Science degree from Assumption College, Worcester, MA. She holds her Series 6, 63, 7 and 24 FINRA licenses.
