Financial Wellness
Thursday, April 21, 2022
8:00 am to 9:45 am
Our Presentation:
The numbers are out, and they read clearly – Employees need financial wellness assistance now more than ever, and they are looking to their employers to provide this benefit. However, programs offering financial wellness are still missing the mark. It's time to revolutionize the financial wellness landscape to better serve a diversified workforce's needs. You dictate the level of support your employees receive—from financial literacy to ongoing advice. Learn how advisors are closing the gap through SMARTMap Financial Wellness.
- Financial Wellness and Inclusivity
- Understand Participant Engagement
- Work with your partners to create a comprehensive program
- Engaging Technology and Live Support
The Voice of the American Worker is a study sponsored by Franklin Templeton with the goal of understanding the perspective of the modern American worker. This year’s survey revealed that a sizeable majority of American workers (67%) have re-assessed what they want from their employers due to COVID-19 with nearly half (44%) having considered leaving or left their jobs over the past year. There has never been a more urgent time to evaluate your benefit offering and consider ways to evolve the way you support employee needs.
- American workers are re-evaluating how they think about work and what they expect from their employers.
- Workers remain more focused on financial independence than traditional retirement.
- Workers continue to seek overall well-being and need support in addressing existing roadblocks.
- A focus on well-being continues to include urgency in improving financial health with key opportunities for support.
