Jeff Kayajanian currently is a Principal, and Chief Revenue Officer of Payroll Integrations, Inc. Payroll Integrations provides 360 payroll integrations between multiple recordkeepers and major payroll companies. The firm has over 5,000 plans onboarded and is now expanding into HSA and other benefits markets. Jeff began his financial services career with Mutual Benefit Life in San Francisco, CA working with large retirement plans in Northern. CA. Jeff eventually managed the western United States for Mutual Benefit. Jeff has served as Head of Sales or National Sales Manager for The Equitable, State Street Research Retirement and Guardian Life. Jeff resides in Encinitas, CA. He is married and has two adult children.

Trish McGinity is Head of Cybersecurity Communications for Empower. In her role, she delivers high-level security and technology presentations on the Empower cybersecurity program and related technology advancements to prospective, new and existing clients as well as Empower associates, including members of the executive leadership team. Trish joined Empower in 2020 and has 22 years of cybersecurity experience. Trish holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University. She currently maintains the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation and the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the Cloud Security Alliance.
