401(k) M&A in a Post SECURE 2.0 World

Join Us at Andrei's

Thursday, October 17, 2024

8:00 am to 9:45 am

Our next meeting will provide a refresher on how M&A activity at the company level will impact 401(k) and other retirement plans. Also, with the passage and go live dates of many SECURE 2.0 provisions rapidly approaching, there are several new considerations to keep in mind. Our session will be led by Rick Unser, Partner/Managing Director at Creative Planning Retirement Solutions.

Learning Objectives

  • What should retirement plan sponsors be thinking about when an M&A transaction is coming up?
  • How can retirement plan service providers assist their clients during an M&A transaction?
  • How does SECURE 2.0 impact retirement plans in M&A transactions?
