Speakers
Matt Kasa, CRPS®, AIF® Managing Director, TIAA/Nuveen Retirement Investing
Matt Kasa began his career in the financial services industry in 1999 working for a RIA firm on Long Island covering all facets of financial and estate planning. With the valuable experience gained there he transitioned to the mutual fund side of the business working with various retail advisor clientele in the NY Metro Region. His career progressed to an external role with a move to Southern California in 2006. He is currently VP – Regional Sales Director for the DCIO team at Nuveen covering the Southwest territory. Matt earned his degree in Business Economics and currently holds the series 7, 6, 63 licenses along w/the CRPS and AIF designations. His passion for his role centers around consulting with his clientele to provide secure, confident retirement solutions for their retirement plan clients.
He currently resides in Eagle, Idaho with his wonderful family, wife – Erin and children – Juliana and Joseph. When not enjoying various outdoor activities with his family, Matt is passionate about volunteering, coaching his kids' sports, and giving back to his community.
Rob Kron, CFP® Advisor Education Consultant
Rob is an Advisor Education Consultant for Nuveen and is responsible for the development and delivery of practice management, wealth management, and market insight programs that help Financial Professionals grow their business. Rob has been in the financial services industry since 1990 and has expertise in all aspects of financial planning, advisor practice management, and investor education. Prior to joining Nuveen, he was the head of Advisor and Client Education for BlackRock for 11 years. In addition to creating and delivering educational presentations for audiences of all sizes, Rob has been featured in the media for his perspectives on financial planning and Social Security. He has appeared on CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg, and Advisor TV. Additionally, he has been quoted in a variety of national publications, including the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Rob spent 17 years at Merrill Lynch. His experience included managing the Individual Retirement Account platform, creating innovative, industry-changing investment advice and web-based initiatives to assist plan participants, and developing a comprehensive suite of financial planning tools. Rob graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado.
Kyle Wall, CFA Client Portfolio Manager, Multi-Asset
As a Client Portfolio Manager for Nuveen's Multi-Asset investment team, Kyle is responsible for representing our suite of target date (Lifecycle) strategies and assisting in addressing the investment informational needs of our clients, and consultants. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Kyle held a number of positions at Lord, Abbett, & Co., including roles in client portfolio management, product strategy and distribution. He started his career as an equity trader at AMR Capital Trading Corp. Kyle graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Miami University. He also holds the CFA designation, is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and holds the series 7 securities registration.

Doors open at 7:30 am for check-in, breakfast and networking. Our program will begin at 8:00 am and this program will end at approximately 9:45 am. The registration fee includes a full breakfast buffet and hosted valet parking.
