Charity Westphal, Pinnacle Plan Design

Charity Westphal is an enrolled actuary specializing in the design and administration of combo DC/DB plans. She has been in the pension field since 2013 and has a great deal of experience crafting custom illustrations for profitable businesses considering a defined contribution/defined benefit plan.

Kelly Rome, Empower

Kelly Rome is Vice President of Product Development and Management for Empower. In her role, she is responsible for a variety of investment-related products, including retirement income, fiduciary services, and asset allocation programs, as well as multiple employer plans (MEPs), pooled employer plans (PEPs), and professional employer organizations (PEOs). In addition, she oversees Taft-Hartley and regulatory products, including those related to the implementation of the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022.

Doors open at 7:30 am for check-in, breakfast and networking.  Our program will begin at 8:00 am and this program will end at approximately 9:45 am.  The registration fee includes a full breakfast buffet and hosted valet parking.
