Eileen Baldwin-Shaw is a Regional Vice President-Western U.S. Operations for United Retirement Plan Consultants.  Ms. Baldwin-Shaw has worked as both the Director of Marketing and Operations in their Denver office.  She has a B.A. in English from Pennsylvania State University and earned a Paralegal Certificate from the Denver Paralegal Institute in 1989.  She entered the pension field in 1991.  Ms. Baldwin-Shaw is a member of the Denver Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Council and holds a QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.  Ms. Baldwin-Shaw has sponsored and presented at a number of events educating both financial advisors and plan sponsors on the ever changing regulations of our industry and potential liability issues related to sponsoring a retirement plan.
